Take note: this methodology is not about adding nice images or emojis after every sentence; rather, it is about having an in-depth understanding of our field, knowing what we want to convey, and finding the best way to do so by focusing on the end user. For example, a long email full of technical jargon may be less useful than a graphic, or a timeline (and it is also more expensive). Legal thinking is not just about communicating better. It is about thinking better.
